Early Start Time on August 1st !  

 

In order to reduce traffic problems in Cochrane on the long weekend, we will be starting the race earlier this year.  The Pro Athletes will start at 6:10.  We will have four wave starts of Age-group athletes ending with the newbies at 7:00 am.
